Tax Maps and Property Cards are available on the J.E. O’Donnell website. Click on the link below and then select the Town of Limerick. You can search by Map and Lot, Owner name, Street name or Documents.

Homestead Exemption is for Maine residents who have owned a home in Maine for at least 12 months.  It doesn’t matter if you sold one home and moved to another, as long as you can show “continuous ownership” over the 12 month period. Click on the link below to download a copy of the Homestead Exemption form and return it to the Assessing Office in the Town of Limerick Municipal Building, 55 Washington Street, Limerick, ME 04048.
